Heather Ivy, Internationally Acclaimed Modern Classical Soprano, has made a career on both land and sea cruising through multiple styles and genres of music. From Bocceli to Broadway, Heather’s versatility and genuine warmth shines through everything she does. Her professional career began with the Broadway International Tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Off-Broadway’s Christmas Wrappings, as well as Don Giovanni, and Le Nozze di Figaro with The Living Opera in Dallas, TX. As a symphonic soloist, Heather has appeared with the Fort Myers MasterSingers Orchestra, Ave Maria Symphony Orchestra, Naples and Bonita Springs Concert Bands and looks forward to her upcoming debut with the SouthWest Florida Symphony Orchestra. Heather has headlined New York City’s Don’t Tell Mama and The Laurie Beechman theatres, as well as performing arts centers across the country and luxury cruise lines around the world. While earning her Bachelor of Music from Oklahoma City University, Heather studied under Florence Birdwell, the legendary teacher of Broadway stars, Kristin Chenoweth and Kelli O’Hara. Heather continues to study extensively with NY-based acting coach Jen Waldman and voice teacher Andrew Byrne. Heather is now based in Naples where she runs her private voice studio, Heather Ivy Music, and guest teaches for Opera Naples, Naples Players, and FGCU.
